<p>I would call all the schools you listed either matches or safeties. You could probably get into all of them, especially since you’re applying in-state to Illinois schools. As for Chicago, UMich and Northwestern, I would say all 3 are a reach, with UMich being a low one. If you retake the ACT you have a very solid shot at UMich.
