You clearly have good enough stats to get into most if not all of those schools. Your EC as a translator is very interesting, as well as working with nonprofit orgs. If you can write essays very well (creative ones especially) you are in at Uchicago. Swarthmore and Pomona are likely, and the rest are high matches/reaches. I think you need more safety /definite match schools, but based on your list, I’m sure you could get into at least half of those.

All the schools on your list, except UMCP, are reaches for nearly all applicants.
Every year, they reject some students with nearly perfect grades and test scores. If you doubt this, look up these schools in the College Confidential Stats Profiles.

Not at all. But this does not necessarily work in the OP’s favor. It means excellent grades and scores usually are necessary but not sufficient for admission to these schools.

There are some people living in a fantasy land.

I was waitlisted from Swarthmore and Dartmouth.
2380 (single sitting) 35 (Sophomore year) 800-800-(800)-780 SATII and 3.96UWGPA from an elite high school. And, better than average ECs and some awards.

There is no such thing as “in at UChicago, likely at Swarthmore and Ponoma” or set for Dartmouth ED.

I have a friend who was waitlisted/rejected from NW with 36/2350+ and 4.0UWGPA.
Another friend was waitlisted/rejected from Dartmouth with 35/2400 SAT and 4.0UWGPA.

Its almost impossible to chance those colleges.
Do your best and wait and hope for the best.
Good luck to you!
