bump :) plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Are you just a junior? You will have many more ECs to add next year if you are. You are probably a reach for Ivies if you are a senior. If you have time you could pull up your SATs some for Ivys. Vanderbilt and Duke are a possibility if your essays are good and make you really memorable.
Good Luck.

Rice isn't an Ivy, honey.

okay honey...................
yeah im a rising junior so i got plenty more to do
and yeah my SAT will probably go up
anyone chance me rice?

do well on your essays

tyy
and uh my reccomedation letters will probably be from prestigous doctors,rn's, PA's, etc.

Sounds like a lot of recommendations. Pay attention to the limit.

I think you have a good chance @ Rice (and decent shot at the combined program). Ivies... really difficult to assess. I say you have a good shot at the "lower" Ivies but HYP might be more of a reach. Probably'll come down to the essays and recs.

Chance me please. I'll give you an imaginary cookie! ^_^

bumperz! plzzzz

you are in at Rice and Baylor

aim higher

That's OK if your recs are from prestigious doctors/etc, as you say, but it's far more important that your recommenders know you well and have worked closely with you than it is that they're famous or respected in their field.

uhmm yeah i know these doctors and nurses pretty well from the ER

bump (10 char.)

youre in texas...you'll get in rice yeah...try Rice/Baylor Med program---probably the best deal in the country in terms of cost+prestige+guaranteed acceptance
