I think you have a really great shot at all of those schools, you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. But your SAT’s are also extremely important so I think you should ask again once you have taken them and have your scores.

Please respond to my post: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1412798-panicing-hs-senior-please-chance-me.html

bump please chance me!

Bump chance me!

I think you have a pretty good shot. Your grades ARE NOT a problem, they are very good. However, don’t be devastated if you don’t get in.
I know MANY people who simply did not have a good college experience because they were not accepted by the “BIGNAME” schools. You can make it without those with the determination.
The only piece of advice is for during the interviews; do NOT be interested by the “BIGNAME” of the school. Take interest in the school itself, its grad rates, jobs after college, etc. A success story in the interview may be a boost too. You know, subtly saying " look at how well I handled that situation!". Finally, display leadership, but not arrogance, and humility, but not submission.

Thanks for the response! I think I’ll do well in the interviews. And although I would like to go to a prestigious school, I don’t care thatttt much about the name.

bump! Chance please!

bump anybody else?

good luckk
