Seriously? A 770 is not a weakness.

Your extracurriculars are good. I wouldn’t count that monthly letter thing as job experience, and do you have any community service?

Other than that, you have an amazing resume! lots of leadership stuff, which colleges love. Your lack of hook could be a bit of a hindrance, as can the state you are applying from and the fact that you are caucasian.

I think, like for everyone, HYPS is a crapshoot, and there is no way I can give you a definite answer on that. I would be surprised if you didn’t get into at least one of them though. I think you have a very strong chance at cornell and dartmouth, but hopefully you applied to some safety school, just in case admissions is crazy and you aren’t accepted. It would be insane if you weren’t but the ivies can be unpredictable.

Chance me back?

Thank you for the input. I consider my involvement as a tree planting supervisor as community service.

No problem! And the tree planting thing makes sense as a community service thing. Thats also different too. So many kids have volunteering at the library or tutoring, this is something that sets you apart.

Good luck in waiting for decisions!

Thank you! I wish you the best in your endeavors, as well.
