Yeah, I know the deadlines are all past and all my apps are sent, but I suppose I was just looking to see if I'm considered competitive for T20 schools. I'm kinda worried about my GPA but I'm hoping the IB curriculum makes up for that. Also unrelated, do colleges tend to count art courses in GPA? Because I already had to factor out my Catholic school's mandatory religion classes from my grades.

Bumping, any responses appreciated

hi! looking at your stats, i think you would still be competetive, mainly because your gpa would probably be buffered by the rigor of your school. then again, you also would look similar to a lot of applicants…you have standard test scores for this range of schools, and you have some extracurriculars, so chance would still have to play a big part. but i do believe you have a reasonable shot, it all depends on how well your app comes across admissions.

regarding art classes, i don’t think the grade counts unless it’s a high level course…but don’t quote me on that. that’s just what i’ve heard at my high school

Impressive candidate, but very general nothing stands out,but I think no problem at top20.

Good Luck!
