JHU, ND, CM - low reach
UVA, UMich - high match

You do not have Engineering type EC’s for Penn, your app kinda says you arent an engineer (just from face value) even if you are interested in engineering. That is the one engineering type class on your senior schedule is Physics but you are only doing honors. Multivar is a plus. Overall your EC’s are greatly lacking for many of these schools.

UVA/Umich You will prolly get in
JHU/ND possibly
CMU, Duke, Penn, Brown, Yale - Reaches due to lack of exemplary EC’s (not to say you shouldnt apply)

UMich would be high match to low reach mainly due to the low admission rate. Your stat is within range.
