Chance me for Ivies?

I'm an asian female junior, and I was wondering if someone could tell me what I could do to improve my chances or calm my nerves a bit? I live in the Midwest/South, so I think it'll be harder to get in because I'm not in-state.

Schools I'd like to go to:
-John Hopkins
-Berkeley
-UCSD
-UPenn

-3.75 uwGPA (over the years, I've progressively gotten more Bs =)
-1 AP freshman, 2 AP sophomore, 4 AP junior (taking AP bio and chem and the same time, w/o taking Bio1), and I'll prob do 4-5 APs next year
-School doesn't have ranking, but ranked top 100 public in country.
-Low AP scores. So far: 5 HumanGeo, 4 Stats, 3 AP world.
-ACT: 32, SAT: 2200
-SATII World: 570. I was a foolish sophomore. I'm restudying and retaking it this year to increase the score, but I most likely won't add it to my CV if I don't have to.
-Sci fair, a few volunteering clubs, scioly, fbla, deca, etc. Lots of clubs, no officer position unless you count wordmaster in French Scrabble and treasurer in French club. But honestly, they're fun clubs and don't really count. I helped found the Science National Honor Society too, but didn't get an officer position.
-No awards other than those my school gave out, except for went to state in FBLA.

My greatest concerns are my low AP/SATII scores, my extracurricular/awards section, and my GPA which went from a 3.9 -> 3.75 this school year.

Hopkins = IN if you apply ED. Their ED acceptance rate is just ridiculous.
UCB = match if you pay out of pocket
UCSD = high match, in if pay out of pocket
UPenn = high high reach.

ORM, comparatively low test scores (you will be compared against other asians). Low GPA/ class rankings, declining trend. OK shot at middle tiered schools. Apply for Ivies but chances are very very stacked against you.

You will get into some great colleges but…

you will have difficult time getting into the very top colleges.

Apply to many top colleges and see what happens.

Good luck to you.

Thanks. In your opinion, as a pre-med major, should I apply for JHU ED or go to an in-state college which also has a pretty good pre-med program (not the best, but not bad) and free tuition?
