Chance me for Ivy League's, NYU, Stanford, and Others

Yeah, I mean, colleges can’t expect teenagers to know exactly what they want to do and do tons of EC’s related to that. I’m just saying that your essays (most likely just the supplement for the bs/md programs) will need to prove you have genuine interest in medicine/dentistry because your EC’s are good, but scattered. Also, I believe that I myself have fairly weak EC’s, but you can certainly find 10 decent ones and use the small space to make them sound better. I think you would get into JHU, and Stanford is impossible to predict, and they have so many supplemental essays that must make a significant difference.

your in to every school if you have a solid gpa
your ecs are great and your test scores are amazing

@zonis20: True. alright, gotta nail those essays and get good letters to get some more chance  Thanks mate.

@bringitback12: Thanks bud. Chanced back :D

You’re ridiculous! You have an amazing shot for all the schools based on your STELLAR SAT and AMAZING ECs. Ivies are still sometimes random though. Maybe apply early for your top choice. The only “iffy” colleges you listed are Stanford and Penn. All the others I think you have more than a great chance at. You should still get into Stanford or Penn or both!
I’d be happy to look over your essays even though I’m totally jealous of your achievements.:frowning:

hi there. I just thought I might comment on the korean universities. I’m supposing that you are a korean?? Hehe. since I’m korean too I know a lil bit about them. Um just to say outright it kinda depends on how long you lived out of korea. like what i mean is that if you lived in like canada or abroad for nearly all your life I can basically assure you that you’ll get into seoul (not sure about yonsei though) cuz seoul is more lenient towards ppl who have lived abroad. of course Im not saying that anyone can go to seoul as in an international applicant. but seeing your scores and your IB pus guesses of GPA, you’ll get in. but make sure to take the toefl cuz for some stupid reason koreans think more highly of toefl than SAT. and I mean. not a lot of ppl apply to seoul because they prefer US colleges. and every school wants more diversity. so if you lived abroad for long and have good grades. thats good
oh and I don’t really know about yonsei and goryeo if you were considering this too. I’m not sure if they’re as nice as seoul to abroad ppl. the only reason I know this is because I researched to maybe apply.
