I did advanced orchestra freshman and sophomore year, but it did not fit in my schedule this year. I plan on doing it again next year. Will it help?

Im applying for the Young Women In Science summer internship at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory for the coming summer.

So, since I'm still a junior and am not applying to colleges yet, do you have any tips on what I can do/change to have a better chance of getting into a good school, like the Ivy leagues?
I want to major in something math and/or science related.
Also, from what my resume looks like at this point in time, what are my chances for the Ivy leagues, UC berkeley, UMich, University of Washington, and stanford(I'm just going to apply for the heck of it. Not getting my hopes up)
Sorry about the long post!!!!
