I would say numbers-wise I’m qualified (I think?), but my EC’s aren’t great. The three sports from sophomore to senior year show commitment but I don’t have many leadership positions or volunteer hours, and haven’t gotten any amazing awards. I’d say EC’s are my greatest weakness, along with subject tests.

I think your numbers qualify you too (not sure about your SAT IIs either). I would consider your piano and sports to be strong ECs, especially if you can show the commitment you’ve put into them. I didn’t have any ECs I’d consider strong either; no sports, quit music after ninth grade, no leadership positions or awards (except for AP-test-related ones). Just some volunteering with my church and color guard, so I wouldn’t say you’re disqualified.

I think that you’ll have as good a chance as possible if you can convey that you’re the kind of person that would fit in at Hopkins: someone who’s curious, a deep thinker, and likes an intellectual challenge; a leader (which you can be even without an official leadership position) or someone who desires to make an impact on the world; and someone authentic and sincerely passionate about going to Hopkins specifically. I’d still say it’s a reach, though, just because Hopkins is getting so selective.
