Your biggest obstacle is your GPA. Upward trend or no, your unweighted GPA is significantly below the average Hopkins admitted student (~3.9). Additionally your SAT score is also within the lowest quartile for admitted students so they don’t help alleviate the GPA problem.

This isn’t to say that you “won’t” get in, but Hopkins (and any other school of simpler caliber and admission rate) is a high reach.

Even with an upward trend, you basically shot yourself in the foot as far as your chances go with your GPA. And your SAT scores, while not bad, certainly aren’t at par. Additionally, your ECs, while good, aren’t amazing enough to make up for the resulting lack in GPA. Chances: poor to very poor, especially for ED
