Are you applying as an international student?

Your grades are quite good along with your standardized test scores. Some of your EC’s are quite stereotypical I would say (Boy Scouts, community service awards). However, things like the NIH research publication and the Agastya Foundation things are VERY impressive. You have a very good chance at JHU, Tufts, and UCLA. The rest of thew colleges, especially the HYPS ones are quite subjective. I thinkUPenn i sa mid reach for candidates like you especially with the help of early decision. Hope this helps! Good luck :)

If I were you, I wouldn’t waste my ED on Penn. With that sort of an app, you’re likely to get into Harvard or Stanford. Being an american will also be really helpful. I think you are a shoo in at Penn, JHU and even Columbia and Duke.

Penn ED: Solid chances
Duke RD: reach
HS and Columbia RD: high reach
JHU RD: reach
UCLA: I think you are in
Tufts RD: hrad to tell
