What are my chances for JHU pre-med major?

PRE MED is NOT a major… Just wanted to write that first; I will edit this and seriously tell you your chances. I’m surprised you don’t know pre med isn’t a major with 2 siblings in med school. -.-

Well, your stats aren’t super amazing; no spectacular EC’s, okay gpa, and average SAT II’s. (average for asian males applying to those top schools, I mean) Being an asian male also doesn’t help.

But here’s your chances for each specific school:

John Hopkins University: Decent chances. I’d say low reach.
Dartmouth College: Low reach
Cornell University: Low reach
University of Michigan- Ann Arbor: No idea.
NYU: Probably get in.
George Washington: No idea.
Northeastern University: Probably; this could probably be considered a safety for you.
Penn State - University Park: No idea.
University of Chicago: Reach.

Good luck! Your EC’s don’t really reflect any passions. Sure, you have that math stuff going on, but nothing spectacular.

Johnsssssssssssssssssss Hopkins University!

^^^^That’s what I was thinking!

Well I’m not sure if you’ll get in since some acceptances are somewhat arbitrary, but nonetheless, good luck!
