Chance me for kicks

It's too late now to do anything about my college apps, but I'm awfully nervous, so could you guys chance me (and be brutally honest)? If you could do Harvard, Johns Hopkins, U Rochester, and Washingtion U at St. Louis, that would be great.

Rank: 3/640 (might go up after semester too, did well this time around)
GPA: About 3.93, that'll definitely go up a titch after semester

SAT:
2250 (800R 720M 730W)
(And that goes up to 2310, if you count best subscore together)
ACT: 35 (36 if you count all the best)
SAT II:
800 Math II, 760 Chemistry, 720 Literature

AP:
Psych: 5
English Lang: 5
Chem: 4
Comp Sci AB: 4

I'm in IB:
Psych: 5 / 7

EC:
Drama (Got an award in this on year)
Varsity Tennis (Got cut one year though)
Head of Philosophy Club
Went to HOBY and WLC
NHS (Second VP)
Started a project in a poor country, where we renovated a library, taught english, and ran a summer camp
And a bunch of other little volunteer things

Essays:
Most of my colleges are common app (save for 1 or 2)
I think my personal statement is pretty fresh, but one of my friends told me it sounded a bit pompous (though one of my teachers told me it was fine), and I noticed a couple of little errors right after I sent it.
Supplement essays are quite stale, save for a couple where I found some inspiration for.

I'm applying to a load of colleges, like 14. Will that hurt my chances (most of them are up there, like Ivy League level or a titch below)?

Anything I forget to add?
I figure the biggest things that will hurt me are SAT (but that low Math score would get helped out by SAT II math, right?), GPA (would class rank make that up?), and I'm asian (I hope that committees are race blind or something)
Thanks in advance guys!

Oh yeah, nominated for Boy’s State, and a Spirit Scholar (nominated by teachers based on academics and character) if that helps. And I don’t live on the East Coast, so that probably doesn’t help me any.

great chance…what more is there to say

Aw thanks!
If you’ve got the time, would it be too tough to be specific? Like, what my chances are to get into Ivies? I dunno if my ECs are quite good enough. I’m looking around this site, and I see people with all of these crazy awards, and I’ve never seen even how to get one where I live.
And is Johns Hopkins a match for me, or more of a reach?
Again, thanks for your time, I really appreciate it!

Edit: Oh yeah, and I’ve got an alumni connection at Harvard, he’s might write me a rec there. Would that help very much?

GPA/rank is excellent, ACT/SAT’s are high, and the project you did in a “poor country” is awesome. While your EC’s are few, I suppose the project will make up for it. Your leadership positions will also help (NHS VP, and head of philosophy club)…

also, getting a rec. letter from a Harvard alumni will DEFINITELY enhance your chances, tremendously. I suppose JHU is a High Match/ Low Reach for you (can’t really call JHU a solid match, because it is such a great school, and it’s basically somewhat of a reach for every applicant).

OK, that makes sense with JHU.

Heads up, I just realized that most of my supplement essays are probably pretty bad gramatically (I didn’t check them as much as I should have), and my main essay already has those aforementioned errors. How much do colleges weight those sorts of things?

And will being asian hurt? What about living in Iowa (aka not competitive NorthEast)?

Cooledge, remember getting into the Ivies these days is super tough for even the best, 10% acceptance minus 4% for the URM, athlete, VIP, etc. contingency, leaves about a 6% chance at the best schools. Iowa will help a little for geographic distribution to the incoming class. You should get into one decent school, but don’t be disappointed when several say no…
