About School: very competitive: sends multiple kids to multiple ivys every year; does not rank and is very cryptic/careful about how it grades and is very critical of grade inflation (all of this is written about in the cover letter it sends every year)

based on the stats of the people that i know at michigan, you should be totally fine! i suppose your GPA may be the only issue, but i seriously doubt you getting rejected.

You’ll be fine. Work on shoring up the GPA a little, I guess. But I really do think you’re a lock

Do well this semester and you should be in no problem, if you are in state. If you are out of state, I still think you have a good chance but its a little more iffy.

Yes I think you have a shot. ^Like they said, work on your GPA. I am curious though: if you are interested in economics, why did you only take AP Calc, AP Chem, and AP Art? Did you not want to have to take these in college? I don’t know what your essays are about, but if you intend to write about a passion for economics, you should probably provide some backup. I think Macro and Micro would have been doable. You might at least consider demonstrating your interest in english by taking a subject test (there are no subject tests for economics).
