Chance Me for LSA

Hi everybody. I posted a "chance me" thread a several months ago, but since then some of my stats/gpa/senior year classes have changed quite a bit. I'm also trying to figure out how many backup places to apply to, so your input definitely will be helpful. UMich is my top choice, by the way.

I will be applying to the school of LSA -Early Action. Intended major- Cellular Biology (for Premed)
GPA 3.84 UW
ACT 31
In-State, attending a top feeder school to UMich. +Double legacy
SAT II: Math II: 740
Advanced classes taken: (AC=Accelerated class)
AC Geometry, AC Algebra 2, AC Precalculus, AC Geophysical Science, AP Chemistry, AP English Language, AC French 2, AC French 3, AC French 4, AP Government
This is a pretty rigorous course load for my school.
And here are my senior year advanced classes: AC Humanities (2 hours), AP Biology, AP Physics, Calculus AB AP
(Note: my fourth year language class my school got cancelled, so I can't take it. Counselor will be including this in my rec.)

Extracurricular Stuff
About 200 volunteer hours (most from tutoring in math and science)
President and founder of a club at my school (related to my major)
Intel International Science and Engineering Fair 2011 Finalist+ A bunch awards from regional science fair (placed 3rd overall) and one award from the state competition
National Merit Semi-finalist

Key Club

Essays- I've spent a lot time on my supplements, so I'm hoping they will be great.
Teacher Recs- Pretty Good
Counselor Rec- Probably Excellent

I'm a little worried, as UMich seems to have gotten so much more competitive since it started using the Common App. I've been looking through a lot of decisions posts, and it seems like there are so many people who are qualified but end up deferred regardless. So, please be HONEST and let me know on how much I can depend on being accepted into UMich.
Thanks!

It has gotten harder, but you are still in state so I wouldn’t worry too much
