<p>AP: World History (5), Computer Science A (5), US History (5), Calculus BC (5), Lang (4) Computer Science AB (5)</p>

<p>Senior Courses:
AP Physics C
AP Chemistry
AP Biology
AP Government
Multivariable Calculus/Matrix Algebra
English 12</p>

<p>ECs/Honors:
-XC, Winter, and Spring Track since freshman year. Distance runner, district participant numerous times
-Academic letter (GPA >3.7) and varsity letter for track
-Science fair (2nd place last year, 1st place and advanced to regionals this year)
-Engineering club president
-Varsity Math Team, high scorer
-Mu Alpha Theta (Math honor society) President next year
-Science Honor Society
-Attended UVA’s Introduction to Engineering Summer Camp last summer
-Attending Virginia Governor’s School for Math, Science, and Technology</p>

<p>Lackluster ECs and SAT scores that are subpar for MIT seem like your two major weaknesses.</p>

<p>Great rank, now just work on the scores and seeing if you can get some math/science awards/achievements.</p>

<p>I think your GPA, rank, and AP scores are really good
Your SAT is a bit too low for MIT standards, but if you can pull off some more amazing Math/Science ECs, you should be a good candidate</p>

<p>Raise your SAT scores to 2150 and you should have a decent chance. Id say you have better than normal chances if you can pull a 2200!</p>
