Chance me for MIT (I'll chance back if requested)

Nobody on this thread knows what he/she is talking about unless they noticed that you are a RECRUITED ATHLETE. Have you gone and checked with the NCAA clearinghouse?

I am sorry but rowing is your only chance to get into MIT.

@shyams Yes, I’m already registered with the Eligibility Center.

Your scores, GPA, and ECs are fantastic. You just need to remember that the majority of applicants who are admitted to MIT are extremely strong candidates, usually boasting 34+ on the ACT. I would take the ACT again and try to improve at least your math score, and science if possible. You are a well-rounded student, which may help. However, even if you do not have the strongest chance at MIT, you are a definite at other top-notch schools.

Please chance back!

Thanks kfsmith! I hope we go to school together in Boston. If I can get high 700s in SAT II Math Level 2, should I still retake ACT Math? Chancing you now.

Hey awal, because you are being recruited, I do think you have an excellent chance of getting in (I know others with lower stats who got recruited and are going). I would place alot of emphasis on your essays, and if you do believe that you can improve your standardized test scores by all means take them again. I wish you the best of luck!

chance me please?
