Chance me for MIT, Stanford, etc

Hi,

I'm a current Junior and I am wondering if I have a chance at MIT, Stanford, or other schools of that caliber. I'm thinking of studying engineering currently, but that could change. I go to a private school in NY. APs are only offered during Junior and Senior year, and I took the two this year that I felt most comfortable with, and I plan on taking 4 as a senior.

Grades:

Freshman Year:

Latin IIA - A
English - B+
Honors Geometry - A
Biology - A+
History - A
(and an art elective that doesn't really matter)

Sophomore Year:

Latin IIIA - A
English - A-
History - A-
Pre-calc Honors - A+
Chemistry - A+
(and another art elective that was required)

Junior year (current grades from first quarter)

English - B+
History - A-
AP AB Calculus - A+
AP Biology - A
Latin IVA (Caesar and Cicero) - A
Physics - A+

SATs:
Havent taken SAT 1 yet, but I'm getting 2200's on practice tests

SAT IIs:
Bio: 700 (retaking in june)
Math IC: 760
Taking math IIC on sunday

EDIT: I knew i forgot something lol

Extracurriculars:

Debate (since freshman Year)
Squash - Small not well known sport (JV - freshman and sophomore, Varsity - Junior)
100 hours community service
A few other small clubs in my school

I'm just wondering if I have a chance at any of these schools or if they are beyond reaches.

Your grades seem fine… But honestly when looking at schools like these, you need to have exceptional extracurriculars

You have good grades. However, they’re not exactly outstanding among the equally competitive applicants at these schools. Also, a ~2200 SAT won’t hurt you, but it won’t help you either. You have solid extracurriculars, but it seems like you haven’t really dived that deep into them. That’s something I would work on this year.

MIT and Stanford are certainly reaches, but I wouldn’t count them out.
