<p>Hey guys, I'm a high school senior finishing up my applications for schools and was just wondering what my chances for some of my reach schools. In addition to these, I have a few safety schools in my area.</p>

One from CS teacher was very good, said I was his best student he's ever had, other was from Econ teacher that was also very good, supplemental letter from my research advisor at Governor's School, called me a "natural leader"</p>

<p>Essays:
All very good I thought, I spent a lot of time on them and had many people edit them</p>

<p>Possible Majors: Computer Science, Management/Economics</p>

<p>let me know what you guys think my chances are! I'm not expecting to get into many/all of my reach schools, but I'm hoping to get into at least one or two.

<p>You’re a very strong applicant. I think you will definitely get into at least one ivy/reach. You need to write a good essay, possibly a touching story of community involvement.</p>

<p>Wow, you are a great applicant with amazing scores and ecs! You have a really good chance of getting into CMU, Duke, Northwestern, and Cornell. For the rest, luck plays a part in admissions, but you’ll probably get into at least a couple of them and I think you’re very competitive even for HYP and MIT! Good luck!</p>

<p>You’re a very strong applicant and I would be surprised if you don’t get into at least one of the schools you applied EA. The ivies are reaches for everyone, but I’d predict you get into at least 3 of them. Good luck!</p>

<p>You are a very strong applicant! I think you’ll definitely get into some of your top schools. You probably won’t get into them all, but by the time it is all said and done i think you will have a pretty nice list of colleges to choose from. As it is with these top schools, I can’t tell you which ones, but if you write good essays, you shouldn’t have to worry that much. Good luck!</p>

<p>stellar chances everywhere! But HYP are still reaches just b/c they are HYP…I see you getting into MIT or Duke!</p>

<p>I think you’re in grade/score wise. For UChicago, you need spectacular essays, so I hope they are. However, I agree with everyone else. You can’t really predict whether you are definitely in or not, especially with the Ivies. Your ECs are very cookie cutter in my opinion. Others may disagree. Please chance back!

<p>Remember, however, that those schools get countless applicants who are also superqualified. Luck plays a large role in admissions to the ivy leagues and similarly selective schools. </p>
