Chance me for MIT?

I’ve been reading a lot of results for MIT. I was wondering if anyone could help me get a better understanding of whether I stand a chance.

SAT (new): 1470, 770 math 710 reading
Math 2: 760
Chem: 740
ACT: 34 C, 36 E, 35 M, 32 R, 34 S

APs: Chemistry 3 U.S. History 3 Literature and Composition 3. Taking 5 AP classes this year and Dual Enrollment - Comp I and II

Rank: 1/176
GPA: 4.20 Weighted

Extracurriculars: Band, Academic Team, Upward Bound (First Generation College program), Local Health Coalition (stop underage drinking and drug use), National Honors Society, Science Club, KEY Club

Awards: AP Scholar, National Merit Commended Student, Questbridge Finalist

Hooks: Come from town of 75 people, First Generation

Lack of EC in leadership won’t help, and your sat is a little low. It is currently a reach 10-20% chance. You’re ranking and GPA are great so if you could just raise SAT you’d have a good shot. Ivies are always reaches though. Keep that in mind.

For MIT, I don’t think you would have to report both your SAT and ACT, but I’m not entirely sure. Check with their website.

@nocontest MIT isn’t an ivy (but obviously its still always a reach)

Yeah I know, but it’s in their range of competitiveness. If you know what I mean. ACT is higher too which can increase your chance. Sorry didn’t notice it.
