Chance me for multiple West Coast Schools

Hi, I am a current junior in high school and was wondering what my chances currently are at: University of Washington, Cal Poly SLO, San Diego State, UC San Diego, Oregon State, University of Oregon, and Arizona State.

Major: Business
Residence: WA
Gender: Male
Race: White
UW GPA: 3.94 (I have taken honors classes/I take classes at the local CC right now)
SAT: 1390 (Have taken once, might take again)
ECs:
Freshman:
JV Tennis
JV Track
Freshman Basketball
Held job doing yard work

Sophomore:
JV Tennis
Held job doing yard work
Lots of volunteering

Junior:
Varsity Tennis (captain)
Held 2 jobs
NHS member
Lots of volunteering

My guesses:
I’m assuming you have AP courses in there? Take the SAT again for sure-- get it above 1400.

UW: good chance, but direct-admit to major/school will vary a lot depending on your major
Cal Poly: CompSci is highly unlikely, not sure about other majors there
SDSate: ??
UCSD-- unlikely-- would need higher SAT and probably more ECs/Leadership
OSU: likely
UO: likely
ASU: likely

UCSD does not have a Business school or a Business major, so which major are interested in pursuing?

The UCSD has a specific GPA calculation for their GPA and only AP/IB courses taken 10-11th grades are considered for the extra honors points (weighting) in their calculation since you are OOS. HS designated Honors classes or DE classes are not.
UCSD Freshman profile 2018:
GPA and test scores of middle 25%-75% students

High School GPA UC capped weighted: 4.02 - 4.28
ACT Composite Score: 28 - 34
ACT English Language Arts: 27 - 31
SAT Evidence Based Reading & Writing: 640 - 730
SAT Mathematics: 660 - 790
SAT Essay: 16 - 18

Post your UC capped weighted and fully weighted UC GPA.

SDSU’s CSU GPA = UCSD’s capped weighted UC GPA.

SDSU admits by eligibility index and major so (CSU GPA capped weighted x800) + (SAT Math+ EBRW). An EI target is around 4400.
SDSU does not consider EC’s in their application review.

Cal Poly SLO uses 9-11th grades, gives extra points for AP/IB classes taken 10-11th grades for OOS applicants but they also consider HS course rigor and has an MCA point calculation.
Use the Rogerhub calculator and add in 9th grades to get your SLO GPA.

Average SLO GPA: 4.12 Average ACT: 30 Average SAT: 1410

Also why UC/Cal States? You have cheaper in-state options in UW and WSU.
