So what do you all think?

I do chance back!

I hope you’re applying to some matches and safeties. It’s impossible to chance you for all reaches. You’ll probably get into GWU.

I agree with him^, you need to have some safeties! But besides that, I think your ACT composite allows for you to have a decent chance at most of your schools. I think legacy helps as well so your chances for Brown and Harvard go up as well, but there is no guarantee. Chance me back?

You have a really good shot. URM and decent scores. Chance back?: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1778302-chance-an-asian-yale-duke-williams.html#latest

@jackrabbit14 i am applying to IU Bloomington, U of I, and Howard for my safeties

If I were you i would apply ED Brown. Your unweighted GPA is not perfect but you have an awful lot going for you. Legacy, URM, solid test scores. GW should be pretty straightforward and they have a great Honors College. Aside from these schools, it’s going to boil down to your essays and how strong your applications are. Also, some of the Chicago high schools like Walter Payton and Northside College Prep are known to these colleges but the vast majority of the CPS schools are probably not

@Wje9164be i dont go to a CPS school though. I go to catholic school

Good chance but still difficult to get in. Chance Me http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1787125-chance-me-cornell-engineering.html#latest
