Chance me for my Reaches-long post

OK. So here is the deal. I am originally from CA, but have lived in Indiana for a few years. That has left me coasting by in high school without much of a plan. My high school blows, so much that most kids go to the satellite campuses of Purdue or IU. Most of the smarter kids still attend the flagships. That is NOT ME! I don't want a big school. I want a school with challenging curriculum, small class sizes and active but chill greek life.
On the positive side, two guys with lower stats, fewer ECs and lower SAT scores recently got into Northwestern and Sarah Lawrence (probably because they look so good next to our peers). I also have great ECs for my school, including 250+ hours of community service and officer of 3 clubs for 2+ years. I am a state officer in Youth in Government, but barely missed PSAT because I was an idiot and didn't bother to work on CR.
Here are my stats:
SAT 640 CR, 740 Math, 710 Writing
3.99 UW, 4.27 W Taking all 5 APs (told you my school sucks)
ECs-VP of theater (male lead of almost everything), VP Key Club (300+ volunteer hours), Academic Bowl, Youth in Government Speaker of the House, organized fundraisers for school earning over $3000, NHS, nothing national. Got it. Still better than most for my own school.

So now we get to the schools. I will require need-based financial aid and have EFC of 2000, and plan to be a STEM major, but I want to minor in something related to public policy, psychology, etc.
Please chance me for the following schools:

Northwestern
Claremont McKenna
Tulane
Centre
Lawrence
Macalester

My matches/ safeties are Wabash, Hanover, Ripon and Transylvania. Please feel free to comment on all. I would actually pick Wabash over all of them as long as I get enough aid.

Anybody? BUMP
