Chance me for my remaining schools, please

Competitive private school.

SAT I: 2310 (800 CR, 750 math, 760 writing)
SAT II: 750/750/760 Lit/Math II/US History
ACT: 34
GPA: This is my weakness. 3.85 weighted, but that includes Fr./Soph. 3.5s, Junior 4.08, and 1st semester Senior 4.5.
Curriculum: 4 AP, 1 Honors class this year. Last year 4 Honors. Advanced classes in everything.
Essay: Don't know, but I thought it was good (I wrote on "Topic of your choice" so at least it was unique.)
Recs: Outstanding (one wrote I was his "smartest student in 20 years of teaching")
ECs:
4-year debater, national qualifier in Policy (This takes almost all my time, and I emphasized it in my apps.)
Natl. Honor Society
Community Service at the Muscular Dystrophy Assoc.
Science Club/Math Club, etc
Other:
National Merit Finalist
some form of Honor Roll, all seven semesters

EDIT: Forgot to mention, my school does not rank, nor do we estimate on forms, so I can't give you an idea on this. My best guess is like top 15%, but no idea on this. Certainly top 5-10 in the last two years.

Still waiting on: Northwestern, BC, G-town
If I got into all three, I'd probably pick NWern for its debate team, which has won 6 out of the last 10 national Policy championships, I believe.

I'd say definitely to BC and the other two are anyone's guess..but probably yes to both.

Thanks! My hope is that the colleges will see my recent GPAs and realize how much my work has improved since Soph year, but who knows. I'm told it's hard to balance out a GPA like mine at the higher-tier schools with good scores.

(Plus, Wash U already waitlisted me and Cornell rejected me. But I suppose I was expecting that.)
