<p>Everything looks great besides your gpa. Maybe you can write an explanation for your low freshman gpa? Some schools think you’re smart but lazy if you have a high test score and low gpa, so you should make sure that they know that that’s not the case. Good luck!</p>

<p>Are you joking? Chill out dude, I’ve seen people get into CMU with wayyy worse stats. I think you have a >90% chance of being admitted, assuming your recs + essays are up to snuff.</p>

<p>You definitely have a shot - it depends on what they are looking for, but being a 1st generation college student is definitely a plus.</p>
