<p>I think your service work is particularly impressive and looks passionate, which is more than I can say for most chance threads. Working a job 20-30 hours a week is REALLY awesome, especially if you are doing it for more than just “spending money”. You just need a higher GPA. Is there a reason it isn’t higher? I mean, do you have a good story or is it just that you haven’t worked as hard as you could? I’m not trying to be rude; it’s just that there are going to be a lot of kids in the applicant pool whose UNWEIGHTED will be the same as you weighted…well, obviously not quite, but close. Know what I mean?</p>
