Outside of school I do piano (Studied for 9 years), I do both solo piano and I also play in a local music group that puts on concerts every year for charity.

Awards:
Many awards for piano over the years both at local and state levels
Was on Mathcounts team in middle school that regularly made it to State
Various AMC 8/10 top scores
Was on the school math team in 8th + 9th grade for Algebra 1 and Geometry Competition, won regional competition both years

So yeah now that I type everything out it feels a bit lacking especially in the outside of school extracurriculars department. But I from what I've heard my district isn't too competitive.

This goes in the chances forum. I’ll give the usual speech: you look like a good candidate, but no one can really tell you your exact chances. Keep up the good work, but don’t obsess over this. Good luck!

are you still planning on applying?

Yes I am still planning on applying.
