Chance me for non-Ivies?

Alright, so the schools I'm seriously looking at are:

Texas A&M
Virginia Tech
University of Virginia
Rice University (maaaybe, not 100% sold on it)
Middlebury

STATS: Texas, female, white

INTENDED MAJOR: aerospace engineering

GPA: 3.9 W (UW is something like 3.3)

COURSE LOAD: I took every class at the highest level possible, so lots of APs and advanced courses. Senior year I'll have 5/8 classes in my schedule AP.

CLASS RANK: somewhere around top 14%

SAT: 2080 (710 CR, 580 M, 790 W with 11 essay) 20 points short of automatic acceptance to A&M, so I plan on retaking. My CR seems lower than it should be as well.

ECs: Band (section leader, advanced to state in several competitions), Academic Decathlon, teaching beginner's Russian. By the time of application it's possible that I'll have several things published in magazines as well.

I intend on joining the Corps of Cadets at A&M or Tech and NROTC anywhere else that has it, if that makes a difference.

Let me know if you need more information, and thanks in advance (:
