Chance me for Northeastern (plus some other schools) WILL CHANCE BACK

(literally any help would be appreciated, doesn’t have to be a fancy longass comment)

I am a high school junior looking to apply into direct-entry nursing programs in Northeastern, Boston University, Stony Brook, NYU, Binghamton, Emory, UMich, and possibly UNC Chapel Hill. I go to a nationall ranked high school in the NYC area with more than 3000+ kids. thanks!

Also if anyone could recommend some good safety schools for me that would be great :smiley:

I’m an asian girl from a middle income family with no siblings

Grades:
GPA: 3.7/ 91.44 (my school doesn’t have weighted GPAs)
SAT: 1400 (730 math 670 english) 21 essay
ACT: 30 (but i plan on retaking it and getting at least a 32) essay: 8
SAT II: 670 chemistry, plan on taking math II and physics/apush
Class rank: my school doesn’t have class ranks

Classes:
Freshman year: no honors or APs
Sophomore year: Honors spanish, honors english, AP Chemistry, reg trig, comp sci
Junior year: AP Physics 1, APUSH, AP english, spanish convo (basically honors spanish but higher), reg precalc, arch draft
Senior year (courses I signed up for already): AP Bio, AP Calc AB, AP Stat, AP Micro, honors english, photography
Total: 8 APs and 4 honors

Extracurriculars:
Volunteered at a nursing home- sophomore and junior summer and junior school year
Volunteering at a hospital this summer
Volunteering at a dance studio for disabled girls- plan on continuing it senior year, so all 4 years
Volunteered at a after school for younger kids- 9th and 10th grade
Attended the same dance studio for 9 years
Key Club- all 4 years plus K-Sib program, which helps integrate freshman into the key club society
LEAP club- since sophomore year, club for environmental protection
National Honor Society
Big Sib program- help transition freshman from middle school to high school

I would think Duquesne and the UniversityofDelaware would be good safety schools for you. As for UNC, they do not offer a direct entry nursing program and oos it is super competitive and would probably be a reach for you as an oos applicant. I plan on going into nursing too, you are lucky that there are a lot of great direct admit schools in the Northeast.
