Chance me for Northeastern (plus some other schools)

Hi,
I’m a high school junior from the NYC area looking to apply into direct-entry nursing programs for Northeastern, University of Michigan, NYU, Stony Brook, Binghamton University, Boston University, Emory University and possibly UNC Chapel Hill.I go to a nationally ranked high school in NYC with 3000+ kids. thanks!

im a asian girl from a middle income family with no siblings

GPA: (my school doesn’t have weighted gpas) 3.7 (91.44)
SAT: 1400 (730 math 670 english) 21/24 essay
ACT: 30 but I plan on retaking this and getting at least a 32 essay: 8
SAT II: 670 chemistry and planning on taking Math II and maybe apush or physics
class ranks: my school doesn’t have class ranks

classes:
freshman year: no honors or aps
sophomore year: honors spanish, honors speech, AP Chemistry, comp sci, reg trig, reg global
junior year: AP Physics 1, APUSH, AP English, spanish convo (basically higher than honors spanish), reg precalc, arch draft
senior year (courses I signed up for already): AP Biology, AP Calc AB, AP Stat, AP Micro, honors english, photography
total: 8 aps and 3 honors

extracurriculars:
key club- all four years- plus I’m a part of Big K-Sibs, a program helped to integrate freshman into Key Club
national honor society
Big Sib program- help freshman transition from middle school to high school
quit the debate team after one year but i don’t know if this counts (probably not)

outside stuff:
took classes the same dance studio for 9 years
volunteered at a dance studio for disabled girls- will continue this into senior year- so all 4 years
volunteered at a nursing home- 2 summers and one school year
volunteered at a afterschool for kids- 2 school years
volunteering at a hospital this summer- lots of hours

pls tell me im getting into college thanks guys

Is ur course load rigorous compared to other kids at ur school?

what’s your class rank? Northeastern and BU really cares about that. I suggest either retaking the SAT and get at least a 1500 or the ACT and score a 33 because your current scores are at the 25th percentile for Northeastern and BU and your GPA isn’t where it should be for those two schools so having a higher test score will supplement for that. Hope this helps!!!

Most kids in my school take about the same number of APs, some take less, but there are few that take more than 9 or 10 total.

@remedystudy i know this is kind of a late reply but i got my ACT up to a 32 unsuperscored and 33 superscored. how much does this improve my chances?

Boston University does not have a nursing program.
