Chance me for Northwestern and Vanderbilt junior transfer?

Current college: 2 year in Wisconsin
Credits: Will have 60 completed (rising junior)
Cumulative College GPA: 3.6
Majors applying to: Molecular and Cellular Biology (Vandy), Biology (NU)

Courses taken include Microbiology (A) Human Anatomy (A-) Human Physiology (B) Bio (A) Chemistry (B+) Biochemistry (A)

EC:
President, Phi Theta Kappa (3 semester)
President, Nursing and Allied Health (career club, 4 semester)
Vice President, UMA (cultural club, 2 semester)
Work, Laudromat attendant (1+ yr, 10-20 hr/week)

Letters of rec:
1- NU alumni, my philosophy teacher. He let me read the letter, it’s very good and is filled with very specific examples of how I excelled in his class.
2- Advisor to two of my clubs, had her every semester except one, knows my personal
hardships and EC activities extremely well. I expect a really good letter from her.
3- From my microbiology teacher. It’s probably pretty good, I know the professor and talked to him in and out of class and did well in the class.

Essays: Very specific to the schools, but I highlighted my focus on my multicultural club and how I would like to transfer the skills I’ve learned in that club into promoting diversity at the transfer schools. They were pretty strong essays.

Demographic Info:
Hmong female from Wisconsin
First generation college student
Mother was a refugee
Low income family

HS GPA: 3.3
ACT: 30
EC: I had a few consistent ones and a lot of inconsistent ones, which isn’t surprising since I transferred high schools twice.

Additional Info: I got waitlisted to Vanderbilt last year when I applied for sophomore transfer.

I would look at Wisconsin Madison. Those schools seem like reaches.

I have guaranteed transfer to Madison, I’ve applied there too but didn’t include it because I don’t need to be chanced as I’m already accepted
