Chance me for Northwestern Ed? I chance back

I plan on applying to Northwestern ED this upcoming fall. If I don’t get in, I want to apply to USC, NYU and American University for regular decision. While I am interested in knowing my chances of getting into my regular decision schools, I am more concerned with knowing about Northwestern so you don’t have to chance me for other schools.
So here’s some info about me
My intended major: Journalism
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Hispanic(Latina)
School type: somewhat decently funded, large public school
GPA: My school in on a five point scale but when my GPA is converted I have a 3.99 weighted and 3.7 unweighted.
Classes I’ve taken: My school does not offer many AP classes to underclassmen but I have been in honors science math and English classes for my entire high school career. I also have taken AP physics, English and human geography. I have also been in my school’s Spanish and journalism classes for my entire high school career.
Senior year classes: AP literature, AP Spanish, journalism, AP calc AB, AP gov, AP econ, gym(a four year requirement at my school)
SAT Scores: I have not received my SAT scores yet(I will update it when I do) but I took the PSAT and got a 1390 then studied a lot so I’m predicting a 1490-1560.
SAT subject tests: Math II(760) Spanish(760)
ECs:
Journalism: staff writer for one year then editor in chief(three years)
Leadership through action and purpose: I did it my sophomore year and then the supervisor moved this year so it was not available; however, I am hoping to restart and be president of the activity my senior year(one or two years, depending)
Stage crew(doing backstage/building props for plays) I’ve done it for three years
National Honors Society(applying for an officer position, will update this post when I’m informed on if I make it)
Spanish honors society(applying for an officer position, will update this post when I’m informed on if I make it)

Volunteer work:
100+ doing a monthly luncheon for my church
Several times doing feed my starving children
20 hours in school(assisting teachers, tutoring)
40 hours of various community activities( at the local library, assisting in activities at middle and elementary schools)

Other things:
Completed a two week journalism program at a local state school during the summer before freshman year
Will be attending the Medill journalism cherubs summer program this summer
National Hispanic recognition program(for my high PSAT score)
I don’t have a job b/c I need a car to drive to it and we can’t afford one
I would have attended a program before my sophomore year but I had to take summer school so that I could fit journalism and Spanish into my schedule.
A couple of awards for journalism things

Essays:
Obviously they are not completed; however, I am a strong writer so I am confident that they will be outstanding.

Letters of Rec.
(Obviously not completed)
journalism teacher who loves me
I know I should get a letter from a math or science teacher so probably my pre-calc honors teacher who likes me b/c I do well in her class.
I’m hoping to become close with at least one instructor @ Medill this summer so that they can write me a letter of rec(is that even allowed?)

Hooks:
First generation Hispanic college student

Questions I have: I’m close with my guidance counselor and the principal so would having them write one of letters look better than a math or science teacher?

Thanks in advance and If you put a link to your post, I’ll chance you back.

I made a typo and I said I went to a program before my freshman year but I actually meant junior (I have no idea how I messed that one up haha)

Your gpa is low, but your SAT seems solid enough. Your math ii is definitely low. It will probably depend on your essay to make you a strong competitor for northwestern.
