<p>I am a senior at one of the top prep schools in my state. We send upwards of fifteen kids to ND every year, and the head reader talks at our school every year. ND has been my dream school for my whole life. Below are my stats, thanks for reading!</p>

<p>GPA: 4.23 weighted, 3.65 unweighted
Courseload: Out of 27 total classes taken, 11 are honors and 7 are AP. Most if not all of the regular classes are not offered at any other level.
The AP classes are APUSH, Java, Physics, Lit, Econ, Chem, and Stats. </p>

<p>ACT: 34</p>

<p>Extre Curriculars: Lacrosse (4 years), Golf (3 years), many computer science state competitions, three years of Engineering Comp (a statewide engineering competition where the top schools in the state send teams. My team WON STATE last year. still excited.). </p>

<p>Volunteering: over 50 hours at a local medical clinic, church lector</p>

<p>I also have fraternal and paternal legacy.</p>

<p>ACT is fine, UW GPA is low, EC’s are kind of vanilla, don’t see any leadership, legacy is a plus, although I saw plenty of very, very qualified legacy candidates who were denied/waitlisted this year. Probably a decent shot, although if your stats compare unfavorably to other applicants from your school, it won’t help.</p>
