I think you have a shot at getting in, but you are certainly on the lower end as far as your GPA, and your SAT is average if not below average for NYU. However, if you write a compelling essay, and demonstrate an interest in the school, I think you still could get in. Do you need merit money? NYU is extremely expensive so I hope you have that planned out.
