Teacher Recs: should be good. One is from my 9th grade Bio/12th grade Leadership teacher, and the other is from my 9th grade English/10th and 11th grade Journalism teacher (I intend to major in Journalism)

NYU has been my dream school for most of my life. I've always wanted to go for CAS because I intend on majoring in journalism, but I've heard that LSP is good for people who aren't sure of what they want to do and I'm sort of in that place just because I know journalism is an iffy choice. I'm mostly sure I'll be applying for CAS, but my paranoid self is debating applying directly for LSP now too... I know I could get placed into LSP if I get rejected from CAS, so what seems like the better option?

Do I have a realistic chance of making it?
