Chance me for NYU College of Arts and Sciences? Stern?

Stats:
Hi! I am a junior in high school. I have a 27 composite ACT score, I received a 9 out of 12 on the Writing Portion of the ACT, and a a 3.88 GPA (unweighted) 4.14 GPA (weighted). I am ranked #5 out of 144 students in my class.

ECs:
I am the historian of Students Against Destructive Decisions (will most likely be president next year), officer of FCCLA for 2 years (will be a regional officer next year, most likely regional president), member of FBLA (will be officer next year), member of many other clubs! I will be studying abroad in East Asia this summer. I received a superior (I) rating at the MSHAA State Solo and Ensemble in the Male Vocal Solo Category. All District Choir Member for two years, all State Candidate for one year. Lastly, I was the State Champion in the Impromptu Speaking Senior Category last year.

Please tell me if I should be able to get into NYU College of Arts and Sciences as a Media, Culture, and Communications Major. Also, do I have the possibility of getting into STERN?

A 27 is way below the line for NYU.
You need to be looking at a different level of school.

Retake the ACT and aim for a 30+. You’ll have a much better chance at NYU Arts and Sciences then.

Stern is much more difficult—you’ll want to aim for a 33+.

I apologize! I misspoke earlier. I will not be applying to CAS, but I will be applying to the Steinhardt School. I am thinking about applying ED.

Here is a breakdown of my ACT:
English: 28
Math: 26
Reading: 28
Science: 24
Combined English/Writing: 27

Like others have said… retake the ACT

27 is still low for any NYU departments.
