My application’s been in for a while, and I’m silently freaking out about whether or not I’ll get in. Can someone tell me if my application looks good or not?

I wrote my common app essay about how I’ve babysat the same little girl since she was six months old and I was fourteen, and how I’ve gotten to watch her grow up and our relationship that formed. I wrote my NYU essay about how I want to study abroad and how the global public health major will suit my career interest (a career with UNICEF or Doctors Without Borders).
I got a letter of rec from my AP Economics teacher and my Medical Interventions teacher (a class offered to juniors that are in my high school’s pre-med track)
I’ve applied to University of Pittsburgh, University of Alabama, Arizona State, Grand Valley State University, University of Michigan Ann Arbor, Penn State, and Northwestern. I’ve heard back and gotten into the first four, the rest I’m still waiting on.
I think that’s everything. Any advice/comments are greatly appreciated!
