Pretty good SAT score, but a kind of average GPA. All of the APs are bound to help somewhat. Your ECs are decent too. Good luck!

GPA is low for Stern, and finance is their toughest major. SAT is good and high math score which they like. EDII wont be that beneficial but should give a little push. Id say its still a reach though

I think if you had a larger presence of business in your ECs, it would be more beneficial. NYU really likes essays that are extremely passionate so make sure you put it all and why nyu is present in that essay. Your SAT and AP Scores are fantastic, submit both. show them how good you are at math, i think you have a huge shot well done

Yeah I had a few career phases through HS so that’s why business didn’t pick up till later.
I don’t know how good my essay is but I’ve been pouring non stop thought into it for weeks, so it’s forming well and it’s definitely passionate. So yeah, hopefully it’ll work out

Hi! chancing back! I am unfamiliar with NYU Stern’s standards however I believe you are definitely a shoe in for CAS. What did u end up writing about for your supplement. I feel like although grades and numbers are important for NYU ECs and the supplement is important too to really showcase yourself and the vibes youd be bringing to nyu!
Supplement was like an 8/9 out of 10. Common app essay was like 7/10.
