Given that you write decent/great essays then I would say you are in.

Well, the problem is that since you are applying to NYU Stern RD, you will have to compete with Wharton, UMich Ross, and other top undergraduate business program rejects. So this means everything is a crapshoot. I would say you have a very good chance. Everything looks fine, and you have much better stats than I had, but Stern RD is ridiculously harder and more competitive to get into, not fun at all. I got in Early Decision, but I also mailed in my application two and a half weeks before the Nov. 1st deadline I believe. And I had a very strong desire to go there since my freshmen year. Here are my stats as a reference: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/592997-help-help-potential-nyu-stern-applicant.html

Anyone else ? Please let me know what your think. Thanks.

I think you have a pretty good shot, would a little surprised if you were rejected, but Stern is tough to get into.

I would say you have a pretty good chance, considering you have good recs and essays. You would have had a better chance ED, because now you have to compete with other top student rejects (not trying to make it sound bad), but you have a pretty good chance.
