Chance me for NYU, UW-Madison, Carleton College, St. Olaf

I'm a rising senior, and application season is among me. I'm applying to seven colleges but I'm wondering what chance I have at the four harder ones. Here are my stats:
Hi! I'm going to apply to this college this fall, and I'm wondering what chance I have with these stats:

3.77 GPA (It's weighted, but my class doesn't unweight. It would probably be a 3.65 unweighted).

1 AP class sophomore year (received a 4), 2 this year, and 2 next year
-28 ACT score (30 English 29 Math 8 Writing)
-MN resident
-African-American
-Decent amount of extra curriculars (Key club since sophomore year, did Track and Field as well as the Speech team this year, and will be in Student Council senior year)
-60+ volunteering hours
-School doesn't give class rank
-Letter recommendations will be probably be finished in October

So what chance do I have? Thanks!

Yes to UW and St. O. Definite reach to NYU and Carleton. I would retake the ACT this fall if you are serious about those schools. I think you would have a better chance at Carleton if you are a good athlete. It’s a small school and they have lots of sports to fill. Make sure to talk to the track coaches at St. O and Carleton. I think it helped my daughter with her admissions to more selective LACs.

Well my sister just graduated my Carleton. And NYU superscores the ACT (which would make mine a 29). Will that help?

I’m not an admissions person, but I think that the 4 colleges listed are all excellent schools where you have a decent chance of getting into.
