PLEASE CHANCE ME UGH IM SCARED I REALLY WANT TO GET INTO NYU ITS MY DREAM

What is your unweighted GPA on a 4.0 scale? 92/100 could mean 3.5-3.6, which might not look too good to NYU unless you come from a highly competitive school, or it could be a 4.0. ECs are reasonable, so everything is hinging on academics. If you have a 3.8+ GPA and can raise your SAT score to 2200+, you are very likely to get in.

Right now: I can’t say.

3.6 GPA: Low Reach
4.0 GPA + 2200+: Match

Chance back?

Hey, looking at NYU’s admissions statistics, I think you are a definite match for the school. Your GPA and SAT scores are right around what they want in the middle 50%. There’s a chance you won’t get in, since the admissions process is really random. There are people that have been rejected at that school and accepted at places like Harvard, so just make sure your essays are strong. If you can attempt to bring up your SAT score through practice books.
