I write a decent essay and I've got the Dean of our school to write me a letter of rec. Also, I self studied for the European history exam so would that be a plus?

So if I don't retake the SATs(which I don't really want to do again), would you say my chances are pretty high or should I seriously consider retaking the SAT?

I am currently in the process of transfering to NYU Stern for the Fall Semester. I was wondering how high my chances are of getting into Stern. My information is as follows:

Current University: Georgetown University
High School GPA: 4.5 weighed, 4.0 unweighed
College GPA: 3.874 (4 A's and 1 B+)
Courses Taken: Humanities & Writing, Calculus I, Financial Accounting, Introduction to Sociology, Theology (Problem of God), Theology (Theological Implications of the Holocaust), Managerial Accounting, Introducation to Psychology, International Business, English (The English Renaissance)
SAT: 660 Math, 570 Reading (not too happy with this score)
Recommendation: From English Professor who did his Masters at NYU (since they only ask for one recommendation from Transfers)
Essay: In my essay (which I am still in the process of editing) I am discussing the reasons why I want to leave my current university, which are mostly personal reasons, not to mention Stern will provide me with a better education in my intended field.

Based on these facts, do you think there is a good chance of me getting into Stern? Georgetown is a pretty challenging, not to mention prestigious, university, but I think that Stern would be a better choice since their Business School is ranked higher.
