Chance me for OOS merit scholarship?

I don't know if this has any advantage but the only reason I'm OOS is because my parents had to move due to financial issues (i.e. new job). I lived in Ann Arbor and both of my parents were part of the staff in the college of Engineering for 8 years. University of Michigan is in all honesty a safety, but probably the only safety I know I'll really like attending. The only way I'm going there instead of Berkeley, assuming I get accepted, is if I get a really nice scholarship though. Our family income isn't low enough for needs based so I'm looking at my chances for merit. Please chance.

EECS/ Bio E major
Chinese female
~200 k family income

Female is big. Even if you don’t get straight up merit awards there are a bunch of female only awards you could do, or others that “place an emphasis” on females and URMs

Thanks. I’m looking for these right now. Does anyone here have an OOS merit scholarship/ scholarship offer?

I got a small one for this year, but I’m a Jr and this was my first. I didn’t get anything as a Freshman
