I would say you have great chances either way! The only suggestion I have is to improve your SAT, as it is a little low, especially compared to all your other stats, which could show inconsistency. But even if it doesn’t go up much, you should get accepted into either major easily.
You have a good shot at both.
However, would your parents have 40k from income and savings? Penn State wouldn’t have any financial aid for you.

Since you’re from New Jersey, you’d be full pay, so your parents would have to pay 40K out of pocket, you’d have to take the maximum federal loans (5.5K), and you’d have to have a job for your weekly expenses.
Ask your parents right now whether they can afford this out of pocket (from income and savings), and how much you have in your college funds or in savings earmarked for college.
(Typically, it’d mean your parents make 200+K a year and/or have a college fund where you can pull money from).
