I was wondering what my chances would be for Early Action and Regular Decision for Penn with my current application. I am currently a rising senior and an Asian male from California at a slightly below average public school. Major will be Chem or Bio.

Penn doesn’t have early action…only ED and regular decision. Your credentials seem pretty solid! However, you seem to be lacking an indentity/hook for science. Not trying to be an d*** but I’m guessing your John Hopkins classes are because your parents can afford to send you there. I think you have a good chance!! Just make sure you work on a hook. IMO try to distinguish yourself from others!
