Are you a US Citizen? (big+) Your GRE score is superb and GPA in the right range. What are your recommendation letters like? I would start interviewing the individual programs and professors in your field and see what would be a good fit for you. You are going to be there for 4-5 years and it will take a lot more research to determine how well you fit together. Most programs only have a handful of Ph.D students. Start by talking to your current faculty and see who they know and recommend.

CMU was recently raided by Uber, so check into it carefully.
