Colleges that I am considering
Rice University
Duke
Emory
Vanderbilt
Johns Hopkins
North western
UT Austin
UCLA
UC Berkley
Washington University in St. Louis

Great stats. It will all depend on your essays and recs now.

Duke, NWU- reaches
Vandy, JHU, WUSTL - low reaches
Rice, Emory, Berkeley, UCLA - matches
UTA - safety

You have a superscore 2100, but your CR is very weak. Where is your home state? I am afraid UCB would be a low reach for you particularly for engineering. Try to bring up the CR to 700+. If you are from Texas, UTA would be safety due to the class rank. Otherwise, it will be high match to low reach for the same reason.

Rice: match
Duke: reach
Emory: match
Vanderbilt: low reach
JHU: low reach
NWU: low reach
UT Austin: low match
UCLA: match
UCB: match
WashU: low reach
If you get 34+ on the ACT, Vanderbilt JHU NWU and WashU would become high matches, and Duke would become a low reach
