I know my stats aren’t that great but I believe I could show my passion for medicine and Brown in the essay/ interview. If I don’t stand a chance for PLME, do I at least have a chance to get into Brown?

PLME admission is <10% (and some years, much less) so, while I never try to discourage someone from reaching for their goals, I would say I don’t see in your stats, EC what I see in admitted past students. I would encourage you to go ahead and apply for Brown, and again, have back up plans because that is also “at the whims” so to speak, if Brown undergrad is right for you. If you are interested in Brown solely due to PLME? well, maybe that is not the best plan.
